..and welcome to our new site,  Let me introduce myself.  I am Tim, an easygoing man from Texas, and my web-partner is Andrew, a relaxed entrepreneur origianlly from Korea.  We both currently reside in the Bay Area (San Francisco!) and have been working very hard for the past few months to bring you… interest rates!

Now, we know there are already a good deal of sites out there dealing with CD (Certificate of Deposit) rates, but hear us out for a minute.  Our site has thousands of CD, Savings, and Money Market rates that are updated daily.  We’ve slaved away, sifting through hundreds and hundreds of banks across the nation to bring you the most flexible and easy-to-use interest rate search engine out there.  Chances are, you will find a banking institution that is right for you!

Look, just give it a try.  You can find rates right away by simply selecting your state and clicking the “Search!” button, or you can customize your search to your exacting standards.  Once your results are displayed, you can sort by APY, deposit amount, or term.  We’ve even included a nifty feature that automatically calculates the projected return (for CD rates) on your investment, which you can use to sort your results!

We truly believe that we have the most expansive CD rates database out there, and have done our best to make searching for rates a very user-friendly experience.  Take it for a spin, and, if you feel so inclined, leave a comment to tell us what you think!

Happy investing,

Tim & Andrew

We’ve just updated our database with a plethora of CD rates, Money Market Rates, and general Savings Rates from nearly one-hundred local and regional banks.  Our database, containing thousands of rates, is both searchable and sortable, allowing you to find the type of account that you want in no time!  Soon, we will update our database with the major banks such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc.  For now, try searching through our database to browse through harder-to-find rates!

I will now need to make some background graphics for the navigation to make it look better.  The main logo can be clicked to take us back home, and the leaderboard fits in well.  There is also the menu at the bottom.  This layout is tested and works in FireFox, IE, and Google Chrome.
